Why this course

You created an inspiring vision and a great plan. Now how do you actually get it done?

Plans don't fail at the vision stage. They fail in the months and years after the retreat, when pressure builds, priorities shift, people leave, new people arrive mid-stream, and the document that everyone owned starts collecting dust.

Implementation is where strategic work actually lives or dies — and it's almost always solvable with the right tools.

This course gives you those tools. Not one approach, but dozens — practical methods to keep plans alive, relevant, and achievable through the natural ups and downs of a plan's life cycle.

What you'll leave able to do

Specific capabilities you'll walk out with.

Anticipate the ups and downs of implementing strategy
Be prepared for the pressure, drift, and course-correction moments instead of surprised by them.
Initiate dynamic plans and bring them to concrete conclusions
Move from aspiration to completed outcomes — with milestones the team actually reaches.
Sustain momentum through the long middle
The part of implementation where plans usually stall — with specific tools for keeping the work moving.
Review and reposition projects in process
Course-correct without starting over. Adjust when conditions change, without losing the thread.
Bring new people in mid-stream
Without losing continuity or requiring a full reset of the work. Onboard well, keep the plan alive.
Close strong — celebrate the team's work
So the next plan starts from momentum, not exhaustion. Closure that fuels what comes next.

Because the path forward is co-created — not declared — by the people walking it.

TSI is the course people wish they'd taken before their plan started drifting. If you have a plan in flight that's losing steam, or you're about to start one and want to give it the best chance, this is the work.
